World's First PSP Modchip

In our most recent episode we discussed whether we would upgrade to the latest firmware to play the latest games, giving up our PSP homebrew.

Well, it looks like we may get to have both soon.

The U.P. (Undiluted Platinum) is a flash replacement system for the PSP™ which allows the use of previous flash updates or custom firmware builds, opening up the possibility to run unsigned homebrew code on even the latest PSP systems.
Unfortunately, I am guessing this thing is going to be a pain to install. I am guessing the solder points are going to be verysmall. Add on top of that the fact that the thing costs 90 US$ and this is something that I am going to wait on until there are many more quality PSP games.
