Hey guys, your latest podcast is awesome! Loved it, one of the best yet. I am going to compile my own Favorite 20 Arcade Games list and post it later on. I don't think any of mine are on your list, as most of mine or shmups! :)

Anyhow, keep it up guys.

Re: Review in Brief: Twitch Asylum

This week in my Reviews in Brief section of my blog, I did podcasts. Including Twitch Asylum: Twitch Asylum is a twice-monthly video game podcast that I never miss. ( and not just because they had me on as a guest ) The most unique thing about it is the Retro Respect section, where every episode th...

I picked this one up yesterday after reading your review. I am going to start playing it today and will post my impressions after I get a bit of the way through it. I have heard that the beginning portion is a bit slow, but that it is definitley worth sticking with. It is very cool to see developer...

I am about 15 hours into the game thus far, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. It may be the only game to out Zelda, Zelda. I just can't get enough of OKAMI. I want to keep playing to get more, but at the same time, I never want it to end.

OKAMI - greatest game ever?

All hyperbole aside, my time spent so far with this gem is leading me to feel this way. It is glorious. I actually requested the day off from work on Friday to devour this epic game for a solid 8 hours. First impressions: Last night, I started playing Okami around 7. The next time I looked at the cl...

Yet another 2600 game, Krull. http://www.ataritimes.com/2600/reviews/krull.html Another thing that separates this game from the rest is the sense that it is all played in "real-time." In the movie, the Black Fortress would magically transport itself to a different place on the planet Krull each mor...

Good discussion - but you know what I find sad? The fact that this generation is being defined by HD, BLUE RAY, and Screen Resolution. Uhm, What happened to defining a good system based on THE GAMES? I made a vow, and that was: DVDs will be the last physical media storage I buy. There is no way in h...

The GAMECUBE microphone refuses to recognize my voice - whenever we play MARIO PARTY 2,453 or whatever, and there is a voice-activated minigame, I lose.

Yeah man, THE CASTLE OF CAGLIOSTRO is awesome, as are most of the Lupin films and the series. I do prefer the movies because the narratives are a bit more complex, but some of the television is awesome. Check ebay, you can get some good deals on the HK versions of the DVDs (aka bootlegs....) :) Most...
