Cheaper 360 games?

There was a report that play-asia.com was selling Xbox 360 games fairly cheap ($39.90 versus the standard $60). These are the "Asia" version of the games, but they are all region-free and in English.

I think I am going to pick one up just to see if it isn't too good to be true. Anyone here know any downsides to playing the Asia version?
